I couldn't get the Create A World Tool download link to work on the official EA website, it would just pop up a blank screen, this is perfect! Works great with version 1. I am new to this website so at first I had trouble finding the correct download button, for Windows just click the download execute file and run, and that'll do the trick! Hope this helps others as well.
